History
The founder of the Roblox Corporation, David Baszucki previously founded an educational software company named Knowledge Revolution. While working in that company he and the other developer Erik Cassel a 2D physics simulation.
In 1998, MSC Software bought Knowledge Revolution from Baszucki. Baszucki and Cassel were the senior employees of that company since 2002. They left that job and created the Roblox Corporation in Menlo, California in 2004.
