Who Make Hub is a small, focused project, and we genuinely like hearing from the people who use it. Maybe you’ve spotted a manufacturing detail that’s changed, maybe you want to suggest a product or brand we haven’t covered yet, or maybe something on the site just didn’t read clearly. Whatever the reason, there’s a real person reading messages on the other end, not a support queue.
How to Reach Us
The simplest way to contact the team is by email. Send your note to contact@whomakehub.com and it will land directly with the people who run the site, including editor Max Stokes. We don’t use contact forms here deliberately; a normal email gets things sorted faster and lets you include links, screenshots, or sources if you’re flagging a correction.
What Helps Us Respond Well
If you’re pointing out an error, it helps to mention which page you found it on and, where possible, a source we can check. If you’re suggesting a new topic, a short line about why it interests you is often more useful than a long explanation. And if you simply want to say the site helped you figure out who makes something, we’re always happy to hear that too.
A Quick Note on Response Times
Because Who Make Hub is run by a small team rather than a large editorial staff, replies may take a little while during busier research periods.
